To find this part wasn't that hard. Ill add some URL's I found along the way. Actually I you look good on the original board you see a 1117-18 and on X-S they have many similar situations and all related to the reversed power connector.
according to the internet its a regulator, and a replacement part is just a few cents away. I have some left, so check out the store if your looking for some.
Datasheet:

Random website with the same problem, some tried a firmware Hack:

Anyway, Its a easy fix if you made just this mistake and nothing more is broken.
- Resistors of 0 Ohm is replaceable by bare wire or a new one of 0 ohm... (Ill replace my fix with some real 0 ohm when I found my donor board back)
- 1117 is a cheap component and easy to replace. Keep in mind, for this pcb its a 1.8 Volt version. Fixed so to speak

Its not very beautiful, but it works and looks it doesn't come of anytime soon.
Another closeup of my 5 minute fix:

Total fix cost?
€ 0.225 and 5 minutes soldering. (Xbox was already disassembled.)
